How to make a referral / book an appointment
Please make sure that you have read and understood our costs page before making a referral.
If you wish to refer your child for a Speech and Language Therapy assessment, please complete the online referral form (digital version) or you can download a form and email it to:
On receipt of your referral form, our therapists will contact you to offer you available dates for the assessment.
In order to confirm/book the appointment, full payment must be made. No appointments will be booked without full payment in advance.

Speech and Language UK have a useful progress checker so you can see how your child is getting on with their communication skills.
ASLTIP
ASLTIP have a list of Speech and Language Therapists who may be able to help you. You may wish to get a quote from another SLT service, or find one closer to where you live.
