Standard Speech and Language Therapy Assessment with Report and Recommendations: £375.  This includes case history, initial assessment session, including formal and/or informal procedures (as appropriate) and discussion with relevant parties e.g. parent/carer.  A full formal report with recommendations is included. 

 

Subsequent Standard Consultation: £90.  This includes an assessment review or on-going assessment as appropriate (up to 1 hour)

EHCP Speech and Language Therapy Assessment & Tribunal Report: Costs starting from £465, which includes 2 assessment sessions, information gathering, reviewing the current EHCP, and report writing. Additional time such as additional assessment sessions, reviewing the full tribunal bundle and preparing for live evidence is billed at £90/hour and is agreed in advance.

 

Live Evidence for EHCP Mediation or Tribunal: Full day - £500, half-day £250 (must be booked as am or pm and is not transferable). Plus travel costs if in-person live evidence is required.

Therapy Intervention Fees

Standard Clinic Appointments: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

£90 per 60-minute appointment

Evening & Weekend Clinic Appointments

We understand that appointments during standard working hours are not always convenient for families.

We therefore offer a limited number of evening and weekend clinic appointments, subject to availability.

£125 per 60-minute appointment

Or choose our:

6-Session Intensive Therapy Block — £720

Evening and weekend appointments are charged at a higher rate because they are outside our standard clinic hours and availability is limited.

​Travelling charges: 50 pence per mile 

In addition to this, the time taken to travel on the client’s behalf will be charged proportionally at one half of the standard consultation fee rate (£45/h).

​

Correspondence and telephone calls

These will not be charged up to a limit of 10 minutes duration. Correspondence and telephone calls taking longer than this will be charged at a proportion of the Standard Consultation fee. Any such charges will be specified as far as possible and agreed with the client prior to any such action taking place.

Nursery/School/Care Home Visits/Meetings

Charged as standard consultation (£90/h) plus travel charges.

Services to Schools/Nursery

Bespoke services to schools and child care settings are available on a sessional basis.
