How to make a Speech and Language Therapy referral / book an appointment

Please make sure that you have read and understood our costs page before making a referral.

If you wish to refer your child for a speech and language therapy assessment, please complete the online referral form. Please note, we are not able to offer ongoing therapy sessions at this time and are offering an assessment only service.

On receipt of your referral form, our therapists will contact you to offer you available dates for the assessment.

In order to confirm/book the appointment, full payment must be made. No appointments will be booked without full payment in advance.

How to make an Autism or ADHD Assessment Referral

If you wish to arrange an autism or ADHD assessment, please check out the information on our National Neurodiversity Assessments website

You may be eligible for a free NHS Right to Choose assessment, or you can privately fund your assessment if you wish.
